BamBams LLC, Manassas, VA, announced yesterday that it has acquired Visual Promotions, a promotional products supplier based in Sealy, Texas. The official announcement was made to both companies on July 7, 2023.
“The opportunity made sense because of the meaningful synergies, adding significant production capacity and new products to our business,” said BamBams president and CEO Dan Taylor.
Visual Promotions staff will continue to operate as they have while the BamBams team adds Visual Promotions’ product offering and services.
Visual Promotions owner and president Jeff Brandes will assist with the transition while turning his attention to growing his industry-based software business, Schedule Key.
Industry veteran Louie Massaro is taking on the role of general manager of BamBams’ new acquisition, and will bring with him his vast experience in the cooler product line.
“With Visual Promotions’ print-on-demand capabilities, which are fully integrated with Schedule Key software, BamBams can accelerate its growth in the POD company store market,” Brock Taylor, chief operating officer of BamBams, said. “After expanding in on-demand products in 2022 with our Bolt Line, this acquisition moves us toward our goal of becoming an industry leader in POD.”
